There may only be a few recipes in this little booklet but they sound yummy and can't wait to try!
There are some good basic bread recipes. I am really going to have to try the pretzel buns. I can't wait. They are so pricey in the store. This book has very easy to follow instructions.
Recipes are easy to understand and make. My family loved my bread and want me to make all of the recipes
Nearly all of the recipes included need yeast, either instant or active dry yeast. There are a few recipes for quick breads that don't need them, but 90% do. The recipes are great with very detailed instructions, so try your hand at making your own loaves today!
I should have paid more attention to the notes. This is NOT a recipe BOOK. This is closer to a pamphlet. There are only 13 very basic recipes in this. Not worth the money.
I found the recipes very easy to follow and I love the fact that it doesn't have to rise on and off all day. Mix it let it rise once put in pan and allow to rise once more and bake. My kind of bread to make and lots of variety.
I'm an experienced bread baker, and am always interested in new recipes. I like the range of these, the general non-fussiness and the clear, well-edited presentation. I appreciate that the author gives space in every recipe for those who choose to work the dough by hand. My only quibble - and it may be purely cultural - is that in Europe (at least where I have lived), bread is that which is made with yeast anything with baking powder or soda is a cake. But truly can recommend the book to novice and experienced alike.
